Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
At RollerSportif, we want you to be as excited about your roller gear as we are! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is here to help.
General Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange
- Products must be returned in original condition: unused, with all tags and packaging intact
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used protective gear (Helmets, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Protection Kits)
- Personal hygiene products
- Customized items
- Clearance items marked as « final sale »
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
We’ll email you with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Carefully pack the items including:
- Completed return form
- Copy of your invoice
- RMA number clearly visible on the exterior
Refund Timeline & Methods
Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Refund Method: Original payment method:
- Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to credit your account
- PayPal: immediate credit to your PayPal account
Refund Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error or defective product)
Exchanges
- For size/color exchanges: we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges if the error was ours
- If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange free return and fast replacement
- For protective gear (helmets, pads), we may request item destruction for safety
